Alzheimers Tauranga is a community agency specializing in providing support, information and advice to people affected by dementia. Alzheimers Tauranga aims to work together with people with dementia, their carers,families/whanau, friends and communities to promote the well-being and quality of life of those affected by dementia. Volunteers provide additional support to those with dementia and their families through one on one friendship, socialization and respite opportunities for up to three hours week.
